Yes, all sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. This helps us ensure the best possible experience for all guests.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are changing facilities available?
Are changing facilities available?Yes, changing facilities are available on-site for all guests. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get settled before your session begins.
What should I bring with me?
Please bring swimwear, a towel and water. We recommend arriving ready to relax and make the most of your session.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are final and non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate a reschedule at our discretion, subject to availability. In the event that Social Sauna needs to cancel a session, guests will be offered an alternative booking or a full refund.
