Refund policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable.

As spaces are limited, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions, late arrivals or changes of mind.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are not available, we may be able to accommodate a reschedule at our discretion, subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that Social Sauna needs to cancel a session, guests will be offered an alternative booking or a full refund.
