What should I bring?
Please bring swimwear, a towel, and a water bottle. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your session.
Where can I park?
IMPORTANT: Please do not park in the adjoining car wash. Thank you.
We are a pedestrian-access facility. Please bring a towel and water bottle for your session.
Free public parking is available throughout Midleton. Parking is also available at Market Green (with permission from the management of Market Green Shopping Centre).
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All sessions must be booked online in advance to guarantee your place. Unfortunately, we cannot accept walk-ins.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are final and non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability. Refunds will only be issued if we cancel your session.
Is the sauna suitable for everyone?
Our sauna is designed for healthy adults. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether sauna use is suitable for you, please consult your healthcare professional before booking.
